Rusen Kumar is the founder and director of India CSR Network, a leading CSR Media Company. He sponsored scholarships to chiraiyyas. The scholarship was given to those Neemka girls i.e., chiraiyyas who attained the highest marks in all the subjects in the class. Act of this kind will definitely be helpful for those who cannot afford school fees.

Dr. Salra Birla Award for best ChiraIya 2018

Ranganathan Society for Social Welfare and Library Development nominated Ms. Sujata Gautam, a chiraiyya for the ‘Dr. Salra Birla Award for Best Chiraiya 2018’, in lieu of her significant learning during the Life Skills Education Program (LSE) organized by Ranganathan Society for Social Welfare and Library Development (RSSWLD). The award was conferred by Honourable Vice President of India, Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu on 11^th April 2018. She received an amount of Rs. 11000/- with the certificate and memento.

Ranganathan Society for Social Welfare and Library Development has felicitated Dr. Prabhat Pandey for the year 2018 in a Three Days National Workshop on Open Source Solutions for Libraries: Tools and Techniques (KOHA and Data Migration): 8-10 June 2018, BIMTECH, Greater Noida.
